摘  要：创业价值观教育是创新创业教育的重要组成部分，创业价值观是创业实践活动的精神源泉。在全球化进程不断加速的大背景下，价值观多元化成为显性社会现象，由此高职院校大学生的创业价值观培养也面临诸多困难。该文从5个视角出发，即教育主体、教育客体、教育模式、教育内容、教育环境，试图分析出高职院校大学生创业价值观培养的模式。

关键词：创业价值观  教育  高职院校  创新创业  多元困境  对策

The Multiple Difficulties and Innovative Ways of Cultivating the Entrepreneurial Values of Higher Vocational College Students

Abstract： Entrepreneurial value education is an important part of innovation and entrepreneurship education， and entrepreneurship value is the spiritual source of entrepreneurship practice. In the context of accelerating globalization， the diversification of values has become a dominant social phenomenon， so the cultivation of entrepreneurial values of higher vocational college students also faces many difficulties. This paper attempts to analyze the cultivation mode of entrepreneurial values of higher vocational college students from five perspectives， namely， education subject， education object， education mode， education content and education environment.

随着改革开放和经济全球化的不断深入，价值观多元化成为显性社会现象，特别是在“人人都有麦克风”的自媒体时代，多元文化传播的深度与广度不断加深。与此同時，高职院校大学生的创业价值观也呈现了多元化态势。在“大众创业，万众创新”的背景下，中国高校将创新创业教育作为重大实践命题。但目前，高职院校的创新创业教育经常被忽视，更是呈现出“重技能，轻素养”的功利主义现象。创业价值观教育作为创新创业教育的一部分，是其根本与基础，正确的创业价值观引领会助推大学生成长成才，其重要程度不言而喻。目前，高职院校创业价值观培养存在什么问题？相应的解决措施有哪些？这是该文将要探究的两个问题。
