摘  要：在新工科的建设背景下，以地方普通高校为例，从信息通信类专业课程教学实际出发，就目前该专业实践教学存在的师资力量不够、实践教学投入不足、实践课时偏少等问题进行了初步探讨，提出了通过增加师生互动环节，增加开放实践平台等措施，提升学生的创新实践能力，对新工科信息通信类专业人才的培养起到了积极的作用。

Reform and Exploration of Practical Teaching System of Information Communication Course under the

Background of New Engineering Education

Abstract： Under the background of the construction of new engineering， taking local colleges and universities as an example， starting from the teaching practice of information and communication specialty courses， this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the problems existing in the current practice teaching of this specialty， such as insufficient teachers， insufficient investment in practice teaching， less practice class hours and so on， and puts forward some measures， such as increasing the interaction between teachers and students， increasing the open practice platform and so on， Improving students' innovation and practice ability plays a positive role in the cultivation of new engineering information and communication professionals.

近年来，随着信息技术的迅猛发展，信息通信技术的应用范围越来越广，社会对该类专业人才的能力目标提出了更高的要求，这对高校人才培养目标以及人才培养模式带来了新的挑战。2017年，教育部提出“新工科”计划，其目的在于加强我国工科教育，建设工程教育强国。信息通信类专业综合性强，涉及到社会发展和科学技术的各个领域，完全符合“新工科”建设的需要[1]。同时，新工科的发展战略，对信息通信类专业人才的培养模式带来了新的挑战，尤其是对学生的专业工程实践教学更是提出了新的要求。但是由于各种原因，目前专业实践教学还存在一些不足，部分高校的实践教学课程体系还存在一定的问题，因此，进行信息通信类课程实践教学体系的创新改革迫在眉睫。

1  专业实践教学存在的问题

1.1 师资结构不合理，缺乏专业实践教学指导教师

全国高校普遍存在重理论轻实践的现象，教师的职称晋升也是唯论文、唯学历，导致高校教师更加注重论文而弱化了教学能力。……
