摘  要：该文主要以土木工程施工中节能绿色环保技术探讨为重点进行阐述，首先，分析节能绿色环保技术应用在土木工程施工建设中的作用;其次，从在门窗建设中运用节能绿色环保技术、在景观结构建设中运用节能绿色环保技术、在外墙建设中运用节能绿色环保技术、在屋顶建设中运用节能绿色环保技术、其他类型的节能技术这几个方面深入说明并探讨运用节能绿色环保技术的途径;最后，阐述强化节能绿色环保技术运用效率的对策，旨意在为相关研究提供参考资料。

Abstract： This paper focuses on the discussion of energy-saving and green environmental protection technology in civil engineering construction. Firstly， it analyzes the role of energy-saving and green environmental protection technology in civil engineering construction. Secondly， from the application of energy-saving and green environmental protection technology in door and window construction， in landscape structure construction， in exterior wall construction， to the application of energy-saving and green environmental protection technology in the roof construction， the use of energy-saving green environmental protection technology， other types of energy-saving technology several aspects in-depth description and discussion of the use of energy-saving green environmental protection technology; finally elaborated the countermeasures to strengthen the efficiency of energy-saving green environmental protection technology， the purpose is to provide reference for relevant research.

在土木工程施工建设中，需要消耗大量的资源，难免会出现建筑污染的现象。所以，新时期下要通过节能环保技术控制土木工程建设的能源消耗，确保土木工程施工建设更为安全与可靠。节能环保是市场经济持续化建设的主题，要想在保护自然环境的同时最大化获取土木工程施工效率，相關人员应重视节能绿色环保技术的运用，发挥节能绿色环保技术的作用和价值，全方位整合土木工程施工过程，带动土木工程施工建设与发展，具体如下。
