摘要 变应性鼻炎属于中医学“鼻鼽”范畴。通过文献整理，從六经辨证立论，结合古代文献及现代研究梳理总结变应性鼻炎的六经辨证规律，以扩展临床辨证思路。张仲景继承《黄帝内经》理论，著《伤寒论》开创六经辨证理论体系，对变应性鼻炎临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract Allergic rhinitis belongs to the category of “biqiu” in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.This paper summarizes the law of syndrome differentiation of allergic rhinitis by literature sorting，from the theory of syndrome differentiation of six channels，combining ancient literature with modern studies，in order to expand the methods and ideas of clinical syndrome differentiation.Inheriting theories from Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor，ZHANG Zhongjing wrote the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases，and created the theoretical system of syndrome differentiation of six channels，which has important guiding significance for the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis.

变应性鼻炎（Allergic Rhinitis，AR）又称过敏性鼻炎，是由过敏原引起，IgE抗体介导的发生于鼻黏膜的变态反应性疾病。临床上以阵发性鼻痒、喷嚏频作、流清水样涕及鼻塞为主要症状，为耳鼻喉科常见病之一。近年来，随着环境污染的日趋严重，AR的发病率也在不断攀升，影响世界范围内10%～40%的人口[1]。AR具有发作突然、迁延难愈、病情易反复发作的特点，加重了患者的经济负担，还严重影响着人们的日常生活、情绪状态、心理健康[2]。

中医学将AR归于“鼻鼽”范畴，《素问·脉解》中记载“所谓客孙则头痛、鼻鼽、腹肿者，阳明并于上，上者则其孙络太阴也，故头痛、鼻鼽、腹肿也”。中医药在治疗AR方面具有不良反应小、效率高、复发率低等特点，越来越受到患者的认可[3]。中医学者根据六经辨证规律确定相应治法，取得了可靠的临床效果。六经辨证治疗AR可以遵从个体化诊疗基本原则，根据不同临床特点，辨别发病阶段，紧扣病机用药，提高临床疗效。现总结经方治疗AR的文献，立足于《伤寒论》六经辨治理论，以各经辨证要素为切入点论治AR，探讨六经辨证及《伤寒论》方药治疗AR的理论基础与临床效果，以期为中医治疗AR病提供辨证论治依据。……
