摘 要：目前我国汽车制造生产行业仍较多地采用零部件分包生产方式，整车制造商根据自身的生产需求，采用订购的方式向零件生产商采购所需零件。这也致使整车制造商难以实现对零部件质量的控制，零部件的生产制造监督来看，不同零件厂家有着不同的品控标准和方法，因此难以形成所有零部件质量品控的统一性与协调性，同时因信息沟通不同步等问题，容易因数据分享不及时造成沟通不畅，因此对汽车及零部件制造的质量控制与优化，对我国汽车行业的发展有积极的促进作用。

Analysis of Quality Control and Optimization Measures for Automobile and Parts Manufacturing

Abstract：At present， China's automobile manufacturing industry still uses more parts subcontracting production methods. According to their own production needs， vehicle manufacturers use ordering methods to purchase required parts from parts manufacturers. This also makes it difficult for vehicle manufacturers to control the quality of parts and components. From the perspective of the production and manufacturing supervision of parts， different parts manufacturers have different quality control standards and methods. Therefore， it is difficult to form the uniformity and quality control of all parts. Coordination， at the same time， due to issues such as unsynchronized information communication， is easy to cause poor communication due to untimely data sharing. Therefore， the quality control and optimization of automobile and parts manufacturing has a positive role in promoting the development of China's automobile industry.

伴随我国社会经济的不断发展，汽车普及率猛增;在汽车销量激增的同时，汽车行业迎来了蓬勃发展的春天。同时汽车市场消费者对汽车产品的质量要求也逐步提高，伴随速腾断轴、本田机油等诸多事件更是将汽车产品的质量推向了封口浪尖，消费者在选择汽车时，稳定耐用已经成为了重要的选择标准。目前我国汽车行业在我国经济发展中起到了至关重要的作用，汽车行业的平稳可持续发展对我国经济发展战略有重要的意义及推动作用，这就要求汽车生产行业从零部件到整机均需严把质量关，提高汽车品控。

1 我国汽车及零部件行业的研究分析

伴随我国社会经济的不断发展和进步汽车在我国已经逐步普及，人们对出行質量要求的不断提高，也对汽车的品质及质量有了更高的要求，这决定了汽车零部件质量的控制和不断优化改进提高成为了汽车企业发展的重要工作，也是企业提高自身品牌竞争力和企业市场占有率的关键所在。……
