摘 要：新经济发展背景之下，强化中职德育教育，培养正确的价值观，对于保障中职学生综合素养提升方面具有非常重要的价值及意义。基于此，文章中笔者就中职德育教育的工作开展进行了深入分析，诠释发扬红色资源所具有的德育教育优势。通过教学实践，帮助学生树立正确的“三观”思想，旨在推动中职德育教育工作的全方位进行。

Making Use of the Advantages of Red Resources to Strengthen the Development of Moral Education in Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract：Under the background of new economic development， strengthening secondary vocational moral education and cultivating correct values are of especially important value and significance for ensuring the improvement of secondary vocational students' comprehensive literacy. Based on this， in the article， the author conducts an in-depth analysis on the work of secondary vocational moral education， and carries forward the moral education advantages of red resources. Through teaching practice， the article hopes to help students establish the correct "three outlooks" thinking， aiming to promote the all-round progress of moral education in secondary vocational schools.

1 引言

近些年來，我国经济发展脚步不断加快，职业化教育水平也获得了显著提升及发展，为国家的技术革新输送了大量专业人才。然而，从中职的生源角度出发，中职学生普遍存在素质较低、积极性较差、厌学情绪严重等情况。因而导致中职学生大部分存在专业知识不牢靠，这对于其日后的发展极为不利。新形势下，中职学校的德育教育开展，可通过利用红色资源优势，强化德育教育的实效性、目标性，帮助中职学生形成积极向上的人生观、价值观，从而保障中职学生健康成长与发展。

2 红色资源在德育教育中的作用

2.1 有利于引导学生树立正确的人生观、世界观

过去几十年艰苦的奋斗，坚定而强大的信念是团结全国人民重要原因，如果缺少信念就缺少凝聚力，缺了凝聚力就无法拥有一切。这与我国伟大领导人邓小平的思想相一致。红色资源的核心内容就是这种理想与信念，这也是红色资源的宝贵价值，它蕴含着顽强进取，努力向上的精神和广大人民群众为国家民族利益随时贡献的无私奉献精神。……
