【摘  要】环境影响评价是危险废物处置项目前期审批工作中的一个重要环节，做好该项工作，不仅有利于危险废物得到有效处置，还能够减少二次环境污染，并为实现社会、经济和环境协调发展奠定良好基础。论文结合危险废物的特点、危害及处置目标，从项目选址合理性、危险废物来源调查、危险废物运输暂存、处置工艺可行性等方面入手，详尽探讨危险废物处置环境影响评价的要点内容，以供参考。

【Abstract】Environmental impact assessment is an important part of the preliminary approval work of hazardous waste disposal projects. Doing this work well is not only conducive to the effective disposal of hazardous waste， but also can reduce the secondary environmental pollution， and lay a good foundation for realizing the coordinated development of society， economy and environment. Combined with the characteristics， hazards and disposal objectives of hazardous waste， this paper starts with the rationality of project site selection， source investigation of hazardous waste， transportation and temporary storage of hazardous waste， and the feasibility of disposal process， and discusses the key points of the environmental impact assessment of hazardous waste disposal in detail， for reference.

1 引言

随着我国工业的不断发展，实际生产中产生的危险废物也不断增多，并且这些危险废物具有易燃性、反应性、腐蚀性等特征，随意倾倒或处置不当，不但会引发严重环境污染，而且会伤害人们的身体健康。做好危险废物处置环境影响评价工作，就可以为危险废物有效处置提供有力依据，在最大限度减少对环境带来的不良影响的基础上，推进危险废物综合化利用。相应地，危险废物处置能力也会得到显著提高，并推动我国工业领域和危险废物处置均朝着更好的方向发展。然而想要取得这一理想效果，就要對危险废物处置的项目选址、来源调查、废物运输、处置工艺等环评要点进行准确把握，并在实践中严格按照相关规范进行操作，促进危险废物得到有效性处置。鉴于此，本文对危险废物处置环境影响评价的要点展开分析和探讨。
