【摘  要】随着经济的发展，当前建筑工程建设速度逐渐加快。科学化、规范化、精细化的管理方式在建筑工程施工管理中得到广泛应用。论文从精细化管理的基本概念入手，分析建筑工程施工问题，并且探讨当前建筑工程施工管理中精细化管理的应用策略，希望可以为相关从业人员提供参考。

【Abstract】With the development of economy， the current construction speed of building engineering is gradually accelerating. Scientific， standardized and fine management methods are widely used in construction management of building engineering. Starting from the basic concept of fine management， this paper analyzes the construction problems of building engineering， and discusses the application strategies of fine management in the current construction management of building engineering， hoping to provide a reference for relevant practitioners.

1 引言

我国经济的发展让建筑业也进入了发展的黄金时期。当前，建筑工程中存在很多问题。施工管理问题的存在影响了施工进度和施工安全。为提高建筑工程施工的质量，让建筑企业能够在市場竞争中生存和发展，就需要提高精细化管理在建筑工程施工管理中的应用水平，提升管理质量，建立完善的管理体制，落实施工管理精细化工程，加快建筑企业的发展速度。精细化管理既为建筑企业的长远发展奠定基础，也促进了建筑企业现代化管理的落实。

2 精细化管理的基本概念

精细化管理是现代化管理理念。首先，强调管理科学化，无论是管理手段还是管理理念都需要科学化，按照科学规律进行管理，可以减少可能出现的各种问题，提高精细化管理的效率。其次，管理规范化，使用标准化手段和方式来形成管理规范，保证所有管理目标都能实现。再次，管理个性化。在不同区域的管理需要因地制宜，选择不同类型的管理方式，实现精细化管理，提高管理手段的适用性。……
