【摘  要】建筑工程行业作为促进国家经济发展的一大支柱产业，在我国经济社会发展中发挥着重要的作用。随着国家建筑工程施工需求的逐渐增加，建筑企业所承接的建筑工程项目越来越多，但在工程施工过程中技术质量管理仍存在问题。因此，论文针对建筑工程施工技术质量管理控制的问题展开了深入的分析和探讨，并从实际情况出发提出了一些建设性的策略，希望为更多技术人员优化技术管理策略提供参考。

【Abstract】As a pillar industry to promote the national economic development， building engineering industry plays an important role in the economic and social development of China. With the gradual increase in the construction demand for building engineering in China， building enterprises undertake more and more building engineering projects， but there are still problems existing in the technology quality management in the process of engineering construction. Therefore， the paper carries out in-depth analysis and discussion on the problems of construction technology quality management and control of building engineering， and puts forward some constructive strategies from the actual situation， hoping to provide a reference for more technical personnel to optimize the technology management strategies.

1 引言

随着城市化建设步伐的不断加快，建筑工程项目的开展在我国现代化建设中更是发挥着不可替代的作用，建筑工程施工技术的质量在一定程度上直接影响了人们的居住乃至生活水平。但是从我国目前的房屋建筑施工中的技术质量管理问题来看，依然有许多工程项目存在着各种各样的问题，从前期的施工管理工作到后期的施工现场操作都会出现许多不可避免的问题。而工作人员能做的就是不断地从这些问题中吸取经验，加强项目工程施工管理的各项工作，提出相应的问题解决措施。

2 建筑工程施工技术质量管理控制中存在的问题

2.1 施工技术水平落后

在每一个建筑工程项目的开展前期，都会涉及施工方案的确定、后期的组织设计以及技术的实施问题，相关的施工技术人员必须认识到其应该做好前期的施工策划工作，从而让后续的施工环节更加顺利。……
