摘  要：目的  研究临床质量控制运用至输血检验流程中的效果。方法  选取2019年1月～2020年10月期间滨州市中心医院收诊的150例输血患者，按照入院时间先后次序分为两组：常规组和观察组，每组各75例患者，常规组给予常规输血检验流程，观察组在输血检验中行临床质量控制，对比两组发生发热、溶血、凝血障碍、血型抗体不良反应等情况。结果  观察组输血不良反应发生率低于常规组（P<0.05）。观察组满意度评分远远高于常规组（P<0.05）。结论  将临床质量控制应用于输血检验流程中不仅能降低输血后不良反应发生率，亦能降低感染性疾病的发生，为保障临床输血安全打下夯实的基础，故值得临床应用。

Abstract： Objective  To study the effect of clinical quality control applied to blood transfusion testing process. Methods From January 2019 to October 2020，150 patients received blood transfusion in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the order of admission time： routine group and observation group ，75 patients in each group. Results  Adverse reaction rate of blood transfusion in observation group was lower than that in routine group（P<0.05）. and the satisfaction score of the observation group was much higher than that of the conventional group（P<0.05）. Conclusion  Applying clinical quality control to the blood transfusion testing process can not only reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after blood transfusion， but also reduce the occurrence of infectious diseases， and lay a solid foundation for the safety of clinical blood transfusion， so it is worthy of promotion.

输血检验（blood transfusion examination）为输血科室最为常规的工作，工作中保障临床输血流程的质量，为患者提供安全的输血治疗，挽救输血患者的生命，到达降低输血不良反应的目的[1]。临床救治中，收诊的患者多为失血或者缺血，为其治疗最有效的方式为输血，由于输血具有严格的操作流程，每个环节中都需要谨慎、认真进行，否则任何一个环节中出现纰漏，都可能会引发患者血液疾病的传播和感染，对输血患者的生命健康产生威胁，亦会引发医患纠纷[2]。基于此，加强对临床输血检验流程质量的控制，是为患者的生命负责，同时能够提升医院的知名度。自医院对输血检验流程行质量控制以来，取得了较为满意的疗效，特将相关材料作如下报道。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

选取2019年1月～2020年10月期间滨州市中心医院收诊的150例输血患者，按照随机数表法分成两组;常规组：男性和女性例数为40例、35例;年龄跨度在17～65岁区间，平均（42.30±1.62）岁;其中交通意外出血过多51例，高处坠落出血过多20例，其他意外受伤出血过多4例。……
