【摘  要】铁路信号室外设备的施工安装质量，对铁路安全运营有着重要影响。信号机、电缆、轨道电路等室外信号设备，在施工安装中有很多值得注意的关键点，直接影响最终成品的效果。平时重视经验积累，施工中把握好各设备的安装流程，打磨好操作技术，是提升施工安装水平的必经之路。

【Abstract】The construction and installation quality of railway signal outdoor equipment has an important impact on the safe operation of railway. There are many key points worth noting in the construction and installation of outdoor signal equipment such as annunciator， cable， and track circuit， which directly affect the effect of the final product. The only way to improve the construction and installation level is to attach importance to the accumulation of daily experience， grasp the installation process of each equipment during construction， and polish the operation technology.

1 引言

铁路运输业是关系我国国计民生的重要行业，信号设备在其中发挥着非常重要的作用。本文以铁路信号室外设备的施工安装为研究对象，对其中的关键之处作出阐述。列举出相对具有普适性的信号机、电缆、轨道电路这3种室外关键设备的施工安装要点，对其中一些主要问题进行有针对性的探讨。

2 信号机的安装

信号机按照安装方式进行分类，分为矮型信号机、高柱信号机、信号桥及信号托架[1]，安装工艺各不相同。安装前应该根据施工蓝图标定的位置，综合考虑建筑限界、大机清筛、土壤状况、地上地下构筑物建筑物、方便安装维护等因素，在现场确定合理的位置。然后制定安装方案，绘制安装示意图。

2.1 矮型信号机

矮型信号机的安装，首先根据信号机构的数量，预制对应尺寸的混凝土基础。其次开挖基坑，将预制好的混凝土基础放置到基坑内。用水平仪确保基础顶面水平。最后回填基坑并夯实，将信号机用螺栓紧固到基础顶面。

2.2 高柱信号机

高柱信号机的安装较之矮型信号机要复杂很多。……
