【摘  要】对茶叶价格均衡机制的研究有利于促进武夷山市茶叶产业的发展。论文构建了供应链中供应商和零售商二层Stackelberg博弈模型，得出结果：在供应链上下游合作博弈的情况下，供应链整体利润达到最优。以此提出2点建议：一是以零售商为核心企业促进茶叶供应商和零售商的战略合作伙伴关系建立;二是建立茶叶供应链上下游企业沟通交流的平台。

【Abstract】The study of tea price equilibrium mechanism is helpful to promote the development of the tea industry in Wuyishan City. This paper constructs a two-tier Stackelberg game model of suppliers and retailers in the supply chain， and draws the conclusion that the overall profit of the supply chain reaches the optimal under the situation of upstream and downstream cooperative game of the supply chain. Based on this， two suggestions are made. Firstly， taking retailers as the core enterprise to promote the establishment of strategic cooperative partnerships between tea suppliers and retailers. Secondly， establishing a communication platform for upstream and downstream enterprises in the tea supply chain.

1 引言

一直以来，大红袍等茶叶的生产销售都是武夷山市经济的主要贡献者之一。《南平统计摘要-2017》指出，2016年武夷山市GDP中的18.14%由第一产业农业贡献，而农业中又以茶叶生产销售为主，大部分当地人口直接或间接依赖茶叶生存。目前，武夷山市主打的茶叶产品，仍然存在沿用传统小作坊生产销售等经营模式，由于信息不对称造成的利益分配不均、产品积压等问题普遍存在，亟需对茶叶价格均衡机制进行研究，促进茶叶供应链成员战略性合作，从而提升武夷山市茶叶整体竞争力。国内外已有学者对茶叶产业物流进行了研究。Benard等人（2014）探讨了绿色供应链管理对优化肯尼亚地区茶业环境绩效的影响问题，得出绿色供应链管理能够促进优化茶业环境绩效等结论。蒋媚、远亚丽（2011）建立了JIT环境下制造商供应链的优化模型，并通过具体的实例说明模型的可行性。近年来，Stackelberg供应链均衡模型被广泛应用于供应链管理的研究，付秋芳等（2013）分析了不同价格机制下的两级供应链碳减排Stackelberg博弈模型，结果表明碳排放权由免费分配至完全市场交易机制过渡时，对供应链碳减排的激励逐渐减小。……
