【摘  要】在当前道路桥梁施工中，由于所涉及的施工工艺具有复杂性的特征，加强质量管理已经成为社会上广泛关注的问题。在实际工作中需要明确道路桥梁施工中很有可能存在的问题，在此基础上提出有效的防治措施，并且还要加强对施工质量的有效管理，提高现场施工人员的综合素质，从而保证道路桥梁施工能够更加有序地进行，从整体上提高工程的效益。

【Abstract】In the current road and bridge construction， due to the complexity of the construction technology involved， strengthening the quality management has become a widespread concern in the society. In the actual work， we need to clarify the possible problems in the road and bridge construction， put forward effective prevention measures on this basis， and also strengthen the effective management of the construction quality， improve the comprehensive quality of the site construction personnel， so as to ensure that the road and bridge construction can be carried out more orderly， and improve the benefit of the project as a whole.

1 引言

随着我国当前社会经济的不断发展，我国道路桥梁获得了非常广阔的发展空间，密切了各个地区之间的往来和沟通。在实际工作中需要提升道路桥梁施工的质量以及效果，满足人们出行需求和要求，管理人员需要明确道路桥梁施工管理的要点，延长道路桥梁的使用寿命，根据不同的施工环节提出有效的施工质量管理方案，从而使道路桥梁能够具备安全性和稳定性的特征。

2 当前道路桥梁施工中的问题

2.1 裂缝问题

在道路桥梁后续使用时，经常会存在较为严重的裂縫问题，不仅影响了道路桥梁的美观性，还很容易造成行车安全事故的发生，出现这一情况的原因主要是施工管理不完善。在道路桥梁施工完成之后，并没有进行科学性的养护以及管理，使得管理人员无法及时地发现在当前道路桥梁中所存在的安全隐患和质量问题。

另外，在我国道路桥梁建设时，主要是以混凝土为主要材料进行施工的，但是由于并没有加强对材料质量的管理，使得混凝土在后续使用时会由于周边环境的因素而出现裂缝的情况。……
