【摘  要】煤化工企业是我国能源以及化工领域的重要企业之一，其对推动我国社会经济发展发挥着重要的作用。随着社会生产力的提升，社会各大生产领域对焦化产品的需求量不断增加，促使焦化企业的发展越来越好。然而，在焦化企业实际生产过程中，会排放出大量的污染物，而这些污染物会对生态环境造成巨大的破坏。因此，针对焦化企业释放的污染物必须加强管理，强化环境的治理维护，才能确保我国煤炭化工企业实现可持续发展。

【Abstract】Coal chemical enterprise is one of the important enterprises in the field of energy and chemical industry in China， which plays an important role in promoting China's social and economic development. With the improvement of social productivity， the demand for coking products in all major production areas of society is increasing， which promotes the development of coking enterprises. However， in the actual production process of coking enterprises， a large number of pollutants will be discharged， and these pollutants will cause great damage to the ecological environment. Therefore， in order to ensure the sustainable development of China's coal chemical enterprises， it is necessary to strengthen the management of the pollutants released by coking enterprises and strengthen the management and maintenance of the environment.

1 焦化企业生产工艺流程与带来的污染问题

焦化企业在生产的过程当中，所使用的原材料大多是煤炭，利用高温干馏的工艺来加工以及处理煤炭，在之后操作的过程当中，回收煤焦油等相关的物质。还有一些需要进行脱硫的气体，因此，焦化企业在生产工艺当中主要就是加热以及降解煤炭，并且对各种化工产品进行回收。在对煤炭的原材料进行加热及降解的过程当中，需要尽量把室内的温度调整在1100℃左右之后再完成煤炭干馏的工作，通过这样的方式，能够有效地将煤炭转换成为焦炭和荒煤气。不仅如此，通过循环氨水以及荒煤气来进行冷却，就可以使用化工产品回收车间以及冷却完成过后的化学物质进行回收处理。在回收处理化学产品的过程当中，首先需要回收冷却荒煤气。之后再回收焦油，然后利用工业硫酸将其中的氨气进行吸收制作。……
