【摘  要】社会经济的快速发展强有力地促进了互联网的进步，传统的交易模式作为与互联网技术相结合的衍生产品已经逐渐被取代。传统的交易已转为在线交易，并且在网络平台上逐渐出现了一种新的实用的在线收银机模型。随着当前会计环境的改善，会计不再依赖传统的易货交易，而是依靠互联网交易模型。新模型比传统模型更具优势，但我国目前的会计系统仍以传统的实物会计为主，而在线电子商务会计是基于模拟实物交易的，因此二者存在显著差异。

【Abstract】The rapid development of social economy has strongly promoted the progress of the internet， and the traditional trading mode as a derivative product combined with internet technology has been gradually replaced. Traditional transactions have been transferred to online transactions， and a new practical model of online cash register has gradually emerged on the network platform. With the improvement of the current accounting environment， accounting no longer relies on the traditional barter transaction， but relies on the internet transaction model. The new model has more advantages than the traditional model， but the current accounting system in China is still dominated by the traditional physical accounting， while the online e-commerce accounting is based on the simulation of physical transaction， so there are significant differences between the two.

1 引言

对于互联网技术而言，主要是指放弃以往单一的交易方式，应用当前的虚拟网络交易方式，交易方式的不断改进和创新带来会计环境的重大变化。在当前形势下，企业需要做好会计调整工作。但是，从目前的情况来看，我国在制定会计制度的过程中，还没有探索到电子商务企业的特殊性。因此，电子商务企业中存在的会计现象是显而易见的，运用合理的审计方法进行会计核算是非常重要的。

2 “互联网+”的发展和影响

2.1 良好的发展前景

互联网的建立鼓励了信息的交换和发展。目前，所有技术都不是秘密，一切都基于开放和透明的原则，互联网仍然具有足够大的群众基础。当前，上网的青少年数量惊人的多，潜在的访问者更多，这表明了互联网的广大普及。除了内置在Internet中的强大硬件之外，还有良好的社会条件来支持这一点。……
