【摘  要】在新常态下，企业要突破发展瓶颈，提升市场竞争力，就需要依靠管理效能的全面提高。行政管理是企业运行管理中十分关键的环节，关系着企业后勤工作的开展，是保障企业稳定运行的重要方式。新常态下，企业行政管理应当借助全新的管理方法与工具，突破传统模式的束缚，实现行政管理工作的创新。论文探讨了新常态下企业行政管理方式的创新策略，为相关工作的开展提供参考。

【Abstract】Under the new normal， in order to break through the bottleneck of development and improve the market competitiveness， enterprises need to rely on the comprehensive improvement of management effectiveness. Administrative management is a key link in the operation and management of enterprises， which is related to the development of logistics work in enterprises and an important mode to ensure the stable operation of enterprises. Under the new normal， enterprise administrative management should use new management modes and tools to break through the shackles of traditional mode and realize the innovation of administrative management work. This paper discusses the innovative strategies of enterprise administrative management mode under the new normal， and provides a reference for the development of related work.

1 引言

行政管理是企业稳定运营与长远发展的基础和保障，也是直接影响着企业文化、氛围、形象和员工评价的重要因素。在新常态下，企业要清醒地认识全新的社会经济形势与行业发展形势对行政管理工作提出的要求，加快行政管理的改革与创新，不断优化行政管理的流程，完善行政管理的相关制度，充分利用现代化的行政管理工具和手段，从而有效提升行政管理水平，更好地推动企业的健康发展。

2 企业行政管理概述

行政管理是企业运营管理中非常关键的一环，行政管理工作主要是针对企业内部日常的事务进行组织、规划、实施与管理，从而有效提升企业内部信息交流与互动的有效性，完善企业内部的体系与架构，检查企业各项制度与规范的执行与落实情况，并结合实际需求不断优化与完善企业的内部架构与规章制度[1]。行政管理属于企业发展的基础性保障工作。……
