【摘  要】改革和创新精神是中国特色社会主义进步的重要动力。将这种勇于探索、善于发现的精神融入国有企业的党建思想政治工作，有利于党的队伍建设和发展。在国有企业的发展建设中，党建思想政治工作一直处于重要地位。新时期，国有企业的党建思想和政治工作要结合国情，发扬改革创新精神，为国有企业各项工作的发展和进步提供政治、精神支持。论文从我国国有企业发展的实际情况出发，分析了改革创新精神在国有企业党建思想政治工作中贯彻的情况。

【Abstract】The spirit of reform and innovation is an important driving force for the progress of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Integrating the spirit of exploration and discovery into the ideological and political work of Party building in state-owned enterprises is conducive to the construction and development of the Party's team. In the development and construction of state-owned enterprises， the ideological and political work of Party building has been in an important position. In the new era， the ideological and political work of Party building in state-owned enterprises must integrate national conditions， carry forward the spirit of reform and innovation， and provide political and spiritual support for the development and progress of various work in state-owned enterprises. Based on the actual situation of the development of state-owned enterprises in China， the paper analyzes the implementation of the spirit of reform and innovation in the ideological and political work of Party building in state-owned enterprises.

1 引言

党的建设工作为企业发展提供了重要的思想指导。随着国民经济建设速度的加快，推进党建思想政治工作，对国有企业的发展和建设具有重要意义[1]。在经济全球化的背景下，国有企业的发展面临着很多问题。国有企业是我国经济发展的主体，结合党建事业的贯彻执行和国有企业的改革创新精神，可以为企业经济转型发展提供思想指导。加强国有企业党建思想和政治工作，首先要结合我国的实际国情，坚持以人为本、与时俱进，把改革创新精神与企业发展统一协调，实事求是，为中国企业树立榜样。本文主要分析国有企业的党建思想和政治工作现状，对当前面临的困难提出解决办法。
