摘 要：随着汽车市场的发展，人们对制动系统的要求不仅仅在于制动距离的长短，而且对制动系统踏板感的舒适性提出了更高的要求，踏板感的好坏是消费者能够直接感知的一项重要性能。而目前新能源汽车踏板感影响因素除了有常规的真空助力器、踏板杠杆比、制动器大小及摩擦系统等，还包括再生制动的大小。本文主要介绍再生制动对新能源汽车踏板感的影响。

Abstract：With the development of the automobile market， people's requirements for the braking system not only lie in the length of the braking distance， but also put forward higher requirements for the comfort of the pedal feeling of the braking system. The quality of the pedal feeling is an important performance that consumers can directly perceive.At present， in addition to conventional vacuum booster， pedal lever ratio， brake size and friction system， the influence factors of pedal feeling of new energy vehicles also include the size of regenerative braking.This paper mainly introduces the influence of regenerative braking on pedal feeling of new energy vehicles.

传统的汽油车制动减速度反馈由基础液压制动提供，而新能源汽车存在再生制动，减速度由再生制动和液压制动共同叠加产生。

1 踏板感和再生制动的定义

动态制动情况下，踏板力与车辆减速度、踏板行程与车辆减速度的关系所构成的制动特性，称为车辆的制动踏板感。现在很多自主品牌的车厂开发的车型如果在制动踏板感上表现较差，不被用户认可，对其销量也会产生较大影响。“制动踏板硬、制动踏板软、制动踏板反应慢”这些都是用户对制动踏板感的真实反馈[3]。而新能源汽车存在再生制动，再生制动影响整车减速度，从而影响踏板感。

汽车滑行、减速或下坡时，将车辆行驶过程中的动能及势能转化或部分转化为车载可充电储能系统的能量存储起来的制动系统，称为车辆的再生制动系统。

2 再生制动对踏板感影响

目前市面上新能源汽车再生制动均具有不同档位调节功能，再生制动具有低、中、高三档，为区分差异对某款车型进行最高档和无能量回收对比测试，分析再生制动对踏板感影响。……
