摘 要：随着社会的不断发展，我国也越发的重视中职汽车教育的人才培养模式。在素质教学改革的背景下，中职院校必须改变传统的教学模式，确定全新的教学理念，为社会提供更多的专业型人才，可以有效地推动社会的发展。中职院校在实际教学的过程中应该重视学生的综合素养，以及教学质量保证学生能够符合社会的人才需求。下文中，将重点针对中职汽车教育人才培养模式中问题进行分析，并且寻找相应的解决对策[1]。

A Brief Talk on the Analysis and Countermeasures of the Problems in the Training Mode of Vocational Automobile Education Talent

Abstract：With the continuous development of society， China has paid more and more attention to the talent training model of secondary vocational automobile education. In the context of quality teaching reform， secondary vocational colleges must change the traditional teaching mode， determine a brand-new teaching concept， and provide the society with more professional talents， which can effectively promote the development of the society. In the actual teaching process， secondary vocational colleges should pay attention to the comprehensive literacy of students and the quality of teaching to ensure that students can meet the needs of society for talents. In the following， we will focus on the analysis of the problems in the talent training model of secondary vocational automobile education， and find corresponding solutions .

1 前言

中職院校应当重视教学的过程，才能全面地提高学生的综合能力，重视理论与实践的结合，帮助学生提高实践能力，才能有效地保证我国汽车行业的持续发展。中职汽车教育的专业教师应当认识到培养模式的重要性，从根本上提高学生对该专业的兴趣。我国现阶段的教育改革还没有完全成熟，人才培养模式还存在着一系列的问题，课堂的学习质量无法大幅度地提升，人才培养工作达不到预期的教学目标，学生的实践能力明显不足，限制了学生未来的发展[2]。

2 中职汽车教育人才培养模式中的问题

2.1 专业背景缺乏

之前，我国的中职院校一直没有认识到汽车教育人才培养工作的重要性，忽略了对人才培养工作中的教学模式，导致汽车教育人才培养工作的开展并不顺利[3]。教学工作中缺少一定程度的专业背景，也很多教师在课堂……
