【摘要】    目的：为了使流行病患者信息采集、发病与就诊、危险因素与暴露史、密切接触者情况、实验室检测、调查分析的全过程进行自动化管理，实现流行病学调查业务管理的自动化、信息化、规范化，我们开发和应用了流行病学调查信息管理系统。方法：系统采用B/S结构，界面框架果用eclipse工具进行开发，模块应用程序采用 java进行了系统开发。结果：该系统的使用进一步提高了检测确诊能力，缩短了检测时间，扩大了筛查范围，做到了早发现、早治疗，少传染、少恐慌，最大限度降低传染风险，可以大大提高流行病学调查管理人员的工作效率，使流行病学调查业务的管理更加准确、全面、完美、规范。结论：提高了工作效率，规范了工作程序，做到了流行病学调查信息系統化、程序化、科学化。

Development and application of epidemiological investigation information management system of CDC

[Abstract] objective：In order to make the whole process of information collection， disease onset and treatment， risk factors and exposure history， close contacts， laboratory testing， investigation and analysis of epidemic patients automatic management， and realize the automation， informatization and standardization of epidemiological investigation business management。 We developed and applied the epidemiological investigation information management system。 Methods：The system adopts B/S structure， the interface framework is developed with eclipse tools， and the module application is developed with Java. Results：The use of the system can further improve the ability of detection and diagnosis， shorten the detection time， expand the scope of screening， achieve early detection， early treatment， less infection， less panic， and minimize the risk of infection. It can greatly improve the work efficiency of epidemiological investigation management personnel， and make the management of epidemiological investigation more accurate， comprehensive， perfect and standardized. Conclusion：The work efficiency is improved， the work procedure is standardized， and the epidemiological investigation information is systematized， programmed and scientific.

一、流行病学调查信息管理系统

流行病学调查信息管理系统是为满足疾病预防控制中心对流行病患者进行流行病学调查而建设的自动化网络管理平台，本系统提供了各种灵活的输入方案、流行病学调查项目自定义功能、强大的查询功能及统计分析功能。它操作简单、界面一致、画面美观大方，方便管理，提高工作效率。软件功能包括：患者基本信息、发病与就诊、危险因素与暴露史、密切接触者情况、实验室检测、调查小结等。

1.1设计目标

根据国家的《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》、《突发公共卫生事件应急条例》、《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》和《公共场所卫生管理条例》等法律法规，要求对流行病患者进行流行病学调查、分析、追踪、汇总统计。……
