摘要：该文以糖尿病患者随访管理为研究背景，设计与开发一款基于Android平台的糖尿病随访管理系统。该系统由手机移动端和管理端两部分组成，基本功能包括登录和注册数据采集、随访管理服务、信息查询、数据分析、智能提醒、患者统计分析。糖尿病患者能够按照临床要求及时监测录入血糖值，从而掌握血糖的发展情况。医生能够通过此系统掌握患者的血糖的发展情况。发挥移动互联网的优势，为糖尿病患者的健康提供帮助。

Design and Development of Diabetes Follow-up System Based on Android Platform

Abstract： Based on the follow-up management of diabetic patients， a diabetes follow-up management system based on android platform was designed and developed. The system is composed of mobile phone and management. The basic functions include login and registration data collection， follow-up management service， information query， data analysis， intelligent reminder， patient statistical analysis. Diabetic patients can timely monitor and input blood sugar according to clinical requirements， so as to grasp the development of blood sugar. Doctors can master the development of blood sugar through this system. Give play to the advantages of mobile Internet to help the health of diabetic patients.

1 背景

糖尿病（Diabetes Mellitus， DM）是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病，高血糖则是由于胰岛素粉末缺陷或其生物作用受损，或两者兼有引起，是威胁人类生命的三大顽症之一，死亡率仅次于心脑血管病和癌症，发病率跃居三疾之首[1-4]。近年来，生活水平的不断提高，饮食习惯和方式也改变很多。我国糖尿病患者已有1.1亿人。我国糖尿病患者已经成为全世界糖尿病最多的国家。因此，糖尿病已成为我国全民健康建设目标中一个主要的障碍之一。因此，对糖尿病的管理和预防已经迫在眉睫。可以通过现代的移动互联网技术来促使糖尿病患者进行血糖管理，以掌握自我管理所需的知识和技能来控制血糖[1-3]。

目前，血糖测量方式通过血糖仪进行血糖监测，以记录的血糖值的形式向医生反馈。造成数据丢失不完成等情况的发生，医生对患者看诊不方便，不能对患者的病情做全面了解。……
