摘要：目的：分析在CT尿路造影中，不同排泄期时间对输尿管显影是否存在影响，研究静脉注射对比剂用于输尿管显影的最佳排泄期时间。方法：回顾性分析2020年6月-11月在大庆油田总医院CT室行CT尿路造影的患者。对238例患者的输尿管节段进行显影情况的评分，根据不同的排泄期扫描时间进行分组比较。结果：20-25min对近段输尿管显影良好的发生率最高，对远段输尿管显影差的发生率最低。不同排泄期时间，对远段输尿管显影，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。35-40min对远段输尿管显影最好（3.35和3.37分），20-25min 对远段输尿管显影次佳（3.33和3.36分），25-30min对远段输尿管显影最差;20-25min对近段、中段、远段输尿管总体显影最好。结论：进行CT尿路造影时，排泄期时间应该为20-25min，可以提高远段输尿管的显影效果，并且对全段输尿管的显影最优。

Abstract： Objective：To analyze whether different excretion period time has influence on ureteral display and the optimal excretion time of intravenous contrast agent for ureteral display in CT urography. Methods： Retrospective analysis was performed on the patients who underwent CT urography in the CT room of Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from June to November 2020. The display of ureteral segments of 238 patients were scored， and the group was compared according to different scanning time of excretory period. Results： 20-25 min had the highest incidence of good display of proximal ureter and the lowest incidence of poor display of distal ureter. There was statistically significant difference in distal ureteral display between different excretory periods （P<0.05）. The displayt of distal ureter was the best at 35-40min （3.35 and 3.37 points）， the second best at 20-25min （3.33 and 3.36 points）， and the worst at 25-30min. The overall display of proximal， middle and distal ureteral segments was the best at 20-25min. Conclusion： The excretion period time should be 20-25min in CT urography， which can improve the distal ureter display， and the display of the whole ureter is the best.

CT尿路造影（Computed Tomography Urography，CTU）作为一种诊断泌尿系统的检查方法，其目的是优化肾脏、输尿管和膀胱的成像，获得完全浑浊和扩张的肾集合系统、输尿管和膀胱的图像。CT尿路造影已经成为各种临床工作中评价尿路的主要影像学检查方法。在许多临床情况下，CT尿路造影可以准确地检测和表达泌尿系统疾病，指導临床医生进行最合适的治疗。在诊断泌尿系结石方面，CT平扫比静脉尿路造影和超声更敏感。在诊断外伤、肾占位性病变和炎性病变、输尿管梗阻、膀胱肿物、肾和尿路上皮肿瘤等泌尿系统疾病中，选择CT尿路造影进行检查。

除平扫外，CT尿路造影检查可以包括皮质髓质期、肾实质期和排泄期。在诊断泌尿系统疾病过程中，需要认真观察CT尿路造影每个时期的图像，进行对比分析，进而作出诊断。CT尿路造影对肾脏、膀胱中的显影情况和诊断效果颇有成效，对肾脏病变的诊断主要通过皮质髓质期、肾实质期进行观察;只要到达足够的延迟时间，在排泄期图像中，对比剂即可充盈膀胱，对膀胱疾病进行诊断。……
