[摘    要]在现代化的电力体制改革过程当中，对于电网企业来说，需要保证自身经济的不断提升，对成本实现科学化的管理，因此对于资产全生命周期的成本管理就起到了相当大的作用。对于电力企业的资产全生命周期管理，需要改变传统设备的管理方式，实现其技术、资产以及经济方面的管理，保证电网设备的可靠性的同时，还可以极大地提升资产本身的使用寿命。文章首先对资产全生命周期管理的概念与背景做出了概述，其次对电网资产的现状及管理的重点工作做出了分析，另外对电网企业配网设备管理现存的主要问题做出了分析，最后针对其问题提出了实现资产全生命周期管理的方式和途径。

Research on the Application of IT Assets Life Cycle Management in

Power Grid Enterprises Based on Smart Technology

[Abstract]In the process of modern power system reform， it is necessary for grid companies to ensure the continuous improvement of their own economy and to achieve scientific management of costs. Therefore， it plays a considerable role in the cost management of the entire life cycle of assets. For the full life cycle life management of power enterprises assets， it is necessary to change the management methods of traditional equipment to realize its technical， asset and economic management. While ensuring the reliability of power grid equipment， it can also greatly increase the service life of the assets themselves. In this article， firstly， the concept and background of asset life-cycle management are summarized; secondly， the status quo of power grid assets and key management tasks are analyzed; in addition， the main problems existing in the management of distribution network equipment of power grid enterprises are made. Finally， it puts forward the methods and approaches to realize the full life cycle management of assets in response to its problems.

電网企业，具有固定资产规模大、资产分布范围较广的特点，其中固定资产的比例达到了70%以上。电网需要最大限度地满足其用户的需求，因此在分布的范围方面相对较广。电网企业需要对其资产的价值进行最大限度的发挥，从而获取其客观的经济效益的同时还可以获得对应的社会效益。于是，需要不断地提升电网企业的经营效益，利用智能化的技术来实现对资产全生命周期的有效管理，为提高电网企业经营效益创造出有力手段。

1 资产全生命周期管理的概述

资产全生命周期，即为对资产等一系列的事物做出科学合理的管控，是从成本管理衍生出来的一种管理理念。……
