[摘    要]近年来，随着我国烟草行业的快速发展，烟草生产规模的逐渐扩大，烟草卷烟机械设备数量和种类也随之增加。各大烟草企业想要获得稳步发展的重要因素之一就是对烟草卷烟机械设备的管理，科学有效的烟草卷烟机械设备管理措施在保障设备安全、延长设备使用时间的同时，能够有效降低烟草企业的生产经营成本，进而提升企业在烟草行业的市场占有率，获得较高的经济效益及社会效益。文章从烟草卷烟机械设备管理的重要性、现存不足等方面入手，分析了烟草卷烟机械设备的管理，希望为烟草行业的有序健康发展起到一定的积极作用。

[Abstract]In recent years， with the rapid development of my country's tobacco industry， the scale of tobacco production has gradually expanded， and the number and types of tobacco cigarette machinery and equipment have also increased. One of the important factors that major tobacco companies want to achieve steady development is the management of tobacco cigarette machinery and equipment. Scientific and effective tobacco cigarette machinery and equipment management measures can effectively reduce the production of tobacco companies while ensuring equipment safety and prolonging the use time of equipment. Operating costs， thereby increasing the companys market share in the tobacco industry， and obtaining higher economic and social benefits. Based on this， starting with the importance and existing deficiencies of the management of tobacco cigarette machinery and equipment， analyze the management of tobacco machinery and equipment， hoping to play a positive role in the orderly and healthy development of the tobacco industry.

相關数据显示，我国烟草产量以及消费量均位居世界前列，烟草行业市场巨大。在经济快速发展的外在作用下，人们的物质生活需求逐渐提升，消费者对于烟草的质量也有了更加严格的要求。在剧烈的市场竞争背景下，烟草企业要想扩充市场，获得长久发展，就要不断寻求创新式发展之路，完善企业管理机制，提升综合竞争能力。目前部分烟草行业内企业，由于缺乏先进的设备管理理念，导致设备维修、养护等费用支出较高，极大地增加了生产成本。所以，如何提升卷烟机械设备的管理水平，是大多数烟草企业管理者亟需思考的问题。
