[摘    要]社会经济的不断进步，给我国工业建设提供了良好的发展契机，同时也促进了工业建设中各类技术的变革与创新。针对化工行业中的化工自动化仪表及控制系统而言，不仅对化工自动化控制的整体效果具有决定性的影响，同时还代表着化工行业的自动化与智能化程度。文章结合化工自动化仪表的主要类型，详细分析了化工自动化仪表及控制系统智能化的具体功能，以期促进化工自动化仪表及控制系统智能化应用效果的显著提升，同时为化工自动化仪表控制系统的相关研究提供部分理论参考。

[Abstract]The continuous progress of social economy provides a good development opportunity for my country's industrial construction， and at the same time promotes the transformation and innovation of various technologies in industrial construction. For the chemical automation instrument and control system in the chemical industry， it not only has a decisive influence on the overall effect of chemical automation control， but also represents the degree of automation and intelligence in the chemical industry. To this end， this article combines the main types of chemical automation instrumentation and analyzes the specific functions of chemical automation instrumentation and control system intelligence in detail， in order to promote the significant improvement of the application effect of chemical automation instrumentation and control system intelligence， and at the same time for chemical automation instrument control The related research of the system provides some theoretical references.

1 化工自动化仪表的相关简述

1.1 化工自动化的基本概述

化工自动化，其实就是指将先进的仪器设备安装在化工生产中，由此以先进的仪器设备取代人工操作的模式，从而实现自动化生产，达到化工企业经济效益稳步增长的根本目标。在我国的国民经济中，化工行业占有重要的比例，保障化工行业健康稳步的发展则能推动国民经济的可持续发展。所以，利用科学的技术与先进的设备开展化工生产，一方面能降低化工企业的成本投入，提升综合效益;另一方面还能减少化工生产对人员的危害，提高生产过程的安全指数。所以，开展化工自动化仪表及控制系统的相关研究迫在眉睫。
