[摘    要]在污水处理技术不断发展以及革新的情况下，产生的污水处理机械也在逐渐的增多，类型多样化，而且明显地提升了机械设备的自动化水平，应用期间，机械设备的操作呈现出显著的复杂性特点。为了确保提升处理污水的效率，应该充分地确保污水处理设备可以安全稳定的运行，增强处理污水的成效。在污水处理管理工作中，关键环节就是机械设备安全运行管理工作，污水处理厂应该高度重视机械设备的安全管理工作，完善安全管理体系，维护设备安稳运行，获得更高的污水处理成效。

Sewage Treatment Machinery and Equipment

[Abstract]With the continuous development and innovation of sewage treatment technology， the sewage treatment machinery is also increasing gradually， with various types， and obviously improving the automation level of mechanical equipment. During the application， the operation of machinery and equipment presents obvious complexity characteristics. In order to ensure the efficiency of sewage treatment， it is necessary to ensure that the sewage treatment equipment can operate safely and stably， and enhance the effect of sewage treatment. In the management of sewage treatment， the key link is the safe operation and management of machinery and equipment. The sewage treatment plant should attach great importance to the work of safety management of mechanical equipment， improve the safety management system， maintain the equipment safety and stability， and obtain higher sewage treatment results.

縱观当下污水处理工作的实际情况，通过运用许多不同类型的污水处理机械设备，可以明显提升污水处理成效。对于环境质量积极改善，防范污水在自然界中直接排放，避免导致严重的污染环境现象。在开展污水处理工作时，应该做好污水处理机械设备的科学管理，确保设备安全运行。本文进行分析污水处理机械设备的安全运行管理措施，带给实践工作有价值的借鉴。

1 污水处理厂设备常见问题分析

（1）设备维护保养不足。当前部分污水处理厂的机械设备，主要是在产生故障以后才实施维修，尽管实现了成本的节约，但是也对处理污水效率产生明显的影响，而且一旦产生严重的机械故障，必然需要支出更多的费用进行维修，同时不能在整体上对机械设备运行状态进行掌控，日常工作中投入使用的设备会产生很多潜在问题。……
