[摘    要]在新的时代，科学技术的发展为社会生产生活铺平了道路，而经济全球化的加速发展趋势正在影响着化工厂的现状，促使其改革以适应产业结构和新的市场。引入信息集成生产管理系统等现代生产管理方法，有利于提高化工厂的管理效率，使企业竞争力下降、发展落后的现状得到改善。基于ERP集成的理念，分析了制造企业的生产管理系统，旨在提高制造企业的生产管理水平和效率。

Research on Manufacturing Production Management System based on ERP Integration

[Abstract]In the new era， the development of science and technology has paved the way for social production and life， and the accelerated development trend of economic globalization is affecting the status of chemical plants to adapt to the industrial structure and new market. Therefore， if the traditional manufacturing enterprises want to maintain their backward production management system and make the new enterprises make full use of their production development space， they must carry out corresponding strategic transformation. The introduction of modern production management methods， such as information integrated production management system， is conducive to improving the management efficiency of chemical plants， and ensuring the improvement of the current situation of the decline of enterprise competitiveness and backward development. Based on the concept of ERP integration， this paper analyzes the production management system of manufacturing enterprises， aiming at improving the production management level and efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.

随着经济全球化进程的加快，由于内部创新和外部环境的影响，我国化工厂发展迅速。就层次而言，中国的化工厂一直处于世界领先地位。然而传统生产管理体制下资源配置的滞后和不科学，制约了化工厂的创新与现代化。在中国化工厂中，如何合理配置资源，提高资源利用效率，降低生产成本，是其在生产技术发展过程中面临的问题。这就是为什么ERP集成这一新的生产管理资源规划概念会出现的原因，NERP在制造领域的综合应用主要体现在生产资源规划、生产分配和产后分析等方面。对生产成本模型与实际成本模型进行比较，合理分析差异，避免不必要的资源投入;借助现代科技和科学的生产管理，可以有效地整合、分析和利用生产组织的资源，提高市场竞争力。这是未来生产管理发展的新趋势。

1 基于ERP的生产集成系统
