[摘 要]随着电子通信、仪器仪表及航空航天行业不断向小型化方向发展,对电子元器件提出了更高的要求。精密电阻作为重要的电子元器件也得到了关注。高功率的精密贴片电阻可以降低现有方案复杂度,高效实现安装,并实现小型化的发展需求。文章针对高功率贴片电阻需求进行了研究并提出了基于金属膜工艺和绕组工艺的改进整合技术,给出了5 W和7 W高功率贴片电阻的新型解决方案,且该产品已经应用到客户平台化产品线中。

[Abstract]With the development of electronic communication, instrumentation and aerospace industry towards miniaturization, higher requirements are put forward for electronic components. As an important electronic component, precision resistance has also been concerned. High power precision chip resistors can reduce the complexity of existing solutions, achieve efficient installation, and meet the development needs of miniaturization. In this paper, the demand of high-power SMR is studied, and the improved integration technology based on metal film process and winding process is proposed. The new solutions of 5 W and 7 W high-power SMR are given, and the product has been applied to the customer platform product line.

精密電阻是印制电路板(PCB)上常见的基本元器件,在实现电路板上限流、分压和电流检测等功能中起到关键作用。而PCB作为电子工业基础部件广泛应用于从小至收音机、计算器,大至通信设备、国防航天系统的各类应用中。PCB的不断发展提高了电子产品的生产效率、降低了成本,同时也大大减小了电子设备的体积,而整个行业对于精密电阻也提出了更高的功率要求来顺应电子产品小型化、轻型化的发展趋势。传统的插件电阻相对容易实现高功率且精密的功能需求,但插件电阻安装焊接过程效率远低于表面贴片技术(SMT)。因此,很多电子设备制造商都在寻求高功率的贴片精密电阻以应对高效率的市场需求。
