摘  要：随着高等职业教育的快速发展，给其辅导员工作提出了更高要求，其队伍的整体建设要朝着职业化、专业化的方向发展。该文将详细介绍高职院校辅导员队伍专业化发展的现实困境，针对制约与影响其发展的各类要素，提出针对性较强的改进策略，例如：科学定位辅导员角色、拓宽辅导员的发展路径、改进辅导员队伍整体素养及设立良好的辅导员引入机制等，通过多种有效措施，增强辅导员队伍的建设水准。

Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： With the rapid development of higher vocational education， higher requirements have been put forward for the counselors' work. The overall construction of the team should develop in the direction of professionalization and specialization. This paper will introduce the practical dilemma of the professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges in detail， and put forward targeted improvement strategies according to various factors that restrict and affect their development， such as scientifically positioning the role of counselors， broadening the development path of counselors， improving the overall quality of counselors and establishing a good introduction mechanism of counselors， etc. Through a variety of effective measures， enhance the construction level of the counselor team.

1  高职院校辅导员队伍专业化发展的主要内容

1.1 内部专业化内容

若要系统把握辅导员队伍的专业化发展，应找准每名辅导员的实际工作，也就是在内部加强专业化水平。在搭建辅导员工作的过程中，高职院校管理者需对队伍建设进行详细规划。对于辅导员工作的保障而言，设置良好的保障条件为外部优化要素，辅导员自身的进步与提升才是改进专业化水平的主要方式。因此，在日常生活中高校辅导员需时刻研究学生的党团建设、就业指导、日常管理与思想政治教育等内容，只有熟悉与掌握了和学生相关的各项工作内容，才能真正提升辅导员的专业素养。由于高职院校对辅导员的专业要求较高，其内部的辅导员队伍需时刻提升学习能力，增加责任感、使命感，不断创新工作方式，使辅导员队伍的整体建设更具专业化。……
