摘  要：在高校众多课程中，思政课是提高学生思想政治水平最主要的课程，也是提高学生思想政治素养的重要手段。所以，在当前背景下，高校要认识到思政课的重要性，运用“问题本位学习方法”，不断为高校思政课教學改革提出新的建议。在教学过程中，要遵循教学原则，善于发现课程学习方法所存在的问题，并根据问题，提出切实可行的解决对策。

Problems and Countermeasures of "Problem Based Learning" in Ideological and Political Course in Colleges

and Universities

Abstract： Among many courses in colleges and universities， ideological and political course is the most important course to improve students' ideological and political level， and it is also an important means to improve students' ideological and political literacy. Therefore， under the current background， colleges and universities should realize the importance of ideological and political course， and use "problem based learning method" to constantly put forward new suggestions for the teaching reform of ideological and political course in colleges and universities. In the teaching process， we should follow the teaching principles， be good at discovering the problems existing in the course learning methods， and put forward practical solutions according to the problems.

“问题本位学习”，起源于20世纪60年代，它的主要研究方式就是将学习设置在有意义的问题情境中，让学习者相互之间共同合作，通过讨论和研究来制定解决问题的办法，以此来学习藏于问题背后所要学习的知识，从而形成问题的解决技能，不断提升学生的自主学习能力。

这种教学模式，一般将学生分成几个小组，每位同学各自分头查找资料，然后将资料进行统一汇总，通过小组间的交流和讨论来解决教师所提出问题。在讨论过程中，如果又发现新的问题，那就继续分头进行资料的查找，继续进行问题的讨论，直到把所有问题都解决掉。在问题得到解决后，教师对学生的解题过程进行评价，而学生根据评价进行问题反思，吸取当次学习的经验和教训。
