摘  要：金融科技专业实训基地是对学生进行金融相关专业岗位技术培训、职业鉴定的教学单位，开展系统性的课程设计，更新以市场为导向的教材内容，提高职业教育学的质量与水平。基于此，该文主要基于“七个共同”的理念分析金融科技专业区域资源共享型实践基地的建设理论与建设路径，以市场为导向，综合政府、企业和高职院校的资源，提升整体的教学水平。

Theory and Practice of Regional Resource Sharing Training Base Construction of Financial Science and Technology Specialty Based on "Seven Common"

Abstract： The financial science and technology professional training base is a teaching unit which carries out the post technical training and professional appraisal for the students in financial related majors， it carries out systematic curriculum design， updates the content of the market-oriented teaching materials， and improves the quality and level of vocational education. Based on this， this paper mainly analyzes the theory and construction path of the regional resource sharing practice base of financial science and technology specialty based on the concept of "seven common"， and integrates the resources of government， enterprises and vocational colleges and improves the overall teaching level guided by the market.

職业教育产教深度融合“七个共同”是指校企共同研究专业设置、共同设计人才培养方案、共同开发课程、共同开发教材、共同组建教学团队、共同建设实习实训平台、共同制定人才培养质量标准。基于“七个共同”进行金融科技专业区域资源共享实训基地的建设，是一种实践导向性的协同育人模式，以立德树人根本任务为核心，培养优良品行、基础扎实、技艺精湛的高素质技能人才。

1  金融科技专业区域资源共享实训基地的建设原则

1.1 应遵循实际原则

整个资源共享实训基地的建设要以市场为导向，仿真企业的环境，配合金融科技专业学生未来的就业环境，例如：银行、保险、证券、企业的实际工作环境，开展环境的创设。既要符合这些企业的人文环境，也要符合技术性的环境，整体的硬件和软件装备水平要大致相当。

1.2 遵循实力原则

在与企业合作建设资源共享型实训基地的过程当中，要大量地应用金融行业企业提供的实际案例，补充教材的内容，调整教学的方向，提升教学的吸引力，让学生在分析案例、探讨案例的过程当中，了解金融行业实际的工作场景以及人才的需求方向。……
