摘  要：专业建设是高职院校内涵发展的重要抓手。该文主要从创新人才培养模式、“校院企”共建优质共享型教学资源、构建双师教学创新团队、产教融合共建国内一流的校内外实训平台等方面，探讨了江苏医药职业学院医学检验技术专业建设的具体做法和主要路径，从而在根本上提高职业院校医学检验技术专业毕业生的社会竞争力和可持续发展能力，推进和实现医学检验技术专业教育的内涵式发展。

Exploration and Practice of Medical Laboratory Technology Specialty Construction Based on the Integration of

Medical and Education

Abstract： Professional construction is an important grasp of the connotation development of higher vocational colleges. This article mainly discusses the specific method and main path of the construction of inspection technology specialty of Jiangsu Medical Vocational College from the aspects of innovative talent training model， "school， college and enterprise" co-construction of high-quality and shared teaching resources， construction of dual-teacher teaching innovation team， integration of industry and education to build a domestic first-class internal and external training platform so as to fundamentally improve the social competitiveness and sustainable development ability of graduates majoring in medical laboratory technology in vocational colleges， promote and realize the connotative development of medical laboratory technology professional education.

为促进高职院校专业建设，2015年教育部出台了《教育部关于印发〈高等职业教育创新发展行动计划（2015—2018 年）〉的通知》，进一步要求“提升专业建设水平”[1]。江苏医药职业学院医学检验技术专业坚持面向基层、立德树人、产教融合的人才培养理念。以培养高素质技术技能人才为目标，以“立德树人”为根本，以提高人才培养质量为核心，深化院校企三方协同育人改革机制，从而实现高素质技术技能型人才的培养。

1  创建“校院企深度合作1+1+1”人才培养模式

深入总结6年教改实践经验与做法，不断优化“检教合一  项目驱动”的人才培养模式，突出临床实践教学，依托常州市第二人民医院等4家临床教学医院和南京金域医学检验成立的产教联合体，医学检验技术专业打破传统的“2+1”的人才培养模式，改革成为医院与学校深度合作、医教融合的“1+1+1”人才培养模式。……
