摘 要：森林绿色食品是有利于人体健康的可食用林产品。通过对永仁县森林绿色食品产业发展现状进行分析，明确了永仁县森林绿色食品发展中存在的问题，并提出了政府重点扶持、加强科技研发、建立多元化投资机制等对策建议，以期促进永仁县森林绿色食品产业发展。

Development Status and Countermeasures of Forest Green Food Industry in Yongren County

Abstract： Forest green food is an edible forest product which is beneficial to human health. Through the analysis of the development status of forest green food industry in Yongren County， the paper clarifies the problems existing in the development of forest green food in Yongren County， and puts forward the measures of increasing publicity; government support; strengthening scientific and technological research and development; establishing diversified investment mechanism; improving the industrialization degree of enterprises; implementing green marketing strategy and other countermeasures to promote the development of forest green food industry in Yongren County.

随着市场经济的健康发展，物质生活水平的不断提高，人们对食品的要求越来越高，不仅追求营养价值，而且要求食品纯天然、口味佳、安全性高。因此，近年来食用绿色食品已逐渐成为时尚。森林绿色食品作为纯天然的食品备受青睐，市场前景广阔。

1 森林绿色食品概念

森林丰富的生物多样性在生态系统中起到了至关重要的作用，为人类提供了宝贵的林木产品以及大量的食物原材料和产品。绿色食品、有机食品的消费愈加盛行，发展森林绿色食品产业已成为一个全球性的问题。

绿色食品是指无污染、安全、优质的营养食品，是按照可持续发展的原则，经过特定生产方法生产的食品[1]。森林绿色食品是指来自森林，符合人类自然环保、清洁、生产技术的要求，生态、优质、健康、营养、绿色的可食用林产品[2]。森林绿色食品要求产品为可食用林产品，产地环境仅限于森林，生产时遵循森林生态能量和营养循环系统使用有机化肥，产品需达到国际标准质量安全的要求。……
