摘  要：为进一步提升教育质量，真正形成教育合力，全方位实现教育资源的高效共享，应该积极完善区域教育管理以及服务体系，全方位推动区域教育信息化发展。在信息技术全面快速发展的今天，区域教育信息化的整体水平不断提升，区域教育信息化的整体发展进度日益加快。只有依托于科学的教育管理以及服务体系，才能够切实有效的推动区域教育信息化的发展，也才能够在较大程度上提升教育的整体成效与质量。

Improving the Management and Service System of Regional Education and Promoting the Development of Regional Education Informatization

Abstract： In order to further improve the quality of education， truly form a joint force of education， and realize the efficient sharing of educational resources in an all-round way， we should actively improve the regional education management and service system， and comprehensively promote the development of regional education informatization. With the rapid development of information technology， the overall level of regional education informatization is constantly improving， and the overall development progress of regional education informatization is accelerating day by day. Only relying on scientific education management and service system， can we effectively promote the development of regional education informatization， and also can greatly improve the overall effectiveness and quality of education.

在信息技术持续快速发展的过程中，信息技术与教育工作之间的融合力度不断增强。为全方位推动区域教育的发展，更好的实现区域教育信息化程度，必须积极全面的构建完善的区域教育管理以及服务体系，切实保障区域教育的整体发展水平与成效。可以说，当前大力发展教育信息化已经成为推进区域教育现代化的重要举措，在实践中积极完善区级网络学习平台，扩大优质教育资源，有效促进优质资源共建共享，建设教育资源公共服务平台，完善区域教育信息化管理与服务体系，从而加快推进教育现代化进程，全面提升教育质量。

1  推进区域教育信息化发展的时代背景

在信息技术持续快速发展的过程中，为深入全面的提升区域教育的发展质量，为更好的优化区域教育的发展水平，应该积极有效的将区域教育与信息技术高效整合起来，以此来形成完善的区域教育网络体系，更好的实现教育资源的共享共建。……
