Abstract： with the continuous development of information technology， computer network technology has become an indispensable part of people's life. In particular， the 5g era has brought a lot of convenience to people's lives. However， in addition to convenience， it also makes us ponder： while the development of computer brings opportunities， it also puts forward new requirements for our computer network planning and construction. Based on this， this paper will start from the basic principles of computer network planning and construction， and put forward effective prevention methods and solutions to the key problems in the current computer network planning and construction.
