摘  要：地方高校在新的历史发展时期，在人才的培养上肩负着重要的责任和使命。青年教师队伍作为为社会培养优秀人才的主力军，对学生思想政治素养的培养起到决定性作用，因此，提升其课程思政能力显得尤为重要。文章首先阐述了新时代地方高校青年教师课程思政能力提升的必要性，然后分析了在此过程之中面临的困境和挑战，最后提出了优化策略，希望以此能够提升地方高校青年教师的课程思政能力，为社会培养出道德素养优良的人才。

Abstract： In the new historical development period， local colleges and universities play an important responsibility and mission in the cultivation of talents. As the main force in cultivating outstanding talents for the society， young teachers play a decisive role in the cultivation of students' ideological and political literacy. Therefore， it is particularly important to improve their curriculum ideological and political ability. This article first explains the necessity of improving the ideological and political ability of young teachers in local universities in the new era， then analyzes the difficulties and challenges faced in the process， and finally proposes optimization strategies， hoping to improve the ideological and political skills of young teachers in local universities to cultivate talents with excellent moral qualities for the society.

全國高校思想政治工作会议明确指出，地方高校是为国家培养人才的主要阵营，必须要顺应新时代的发展趋势，加强自身的思想政治工作建设。地方高校之中青年教师的比例逐年上升，现在已经成为课堂教学的中坚力量，必须要提升青年教师的课程思政能力，将教学内容与学生思想政治素养的培养联合起来，实现知识传授与道德品质建设的统一，加强学生的意识形态教育，为新时代现代化建设培养出思想政治素养端正的优秀人才。

一、新时代地方高校青年教师课程思政能力提升的必要性

青年教师的课程思政能力是地方高校对学生实施思想政治教育的主要支撑，也是承担起为社会培养出思想政治素养过硬、道德品质高尚人才的坚实力量。思政能力是新时代对于高校教师队伍所提出的新要求，是思想政治意识培养和高校课堂教学结合的最新理念，旨在知识的传授之中培养学生正确的价值观念，在道德素养提升的同时增强学生的文化底蕴。……
