摘  要：随着信息技术的发展，信息技术人才培养的需求越来越多，涉及面越来越广，不仅涉及到在校的本专科、研究生，还涉及到在职人员、农牧民等。结合区域特点，针对不同人员培训信息技术的需要构建多层次的信息技术人才培养模式显得尤为重要。虽然人才培养模式的定义较多，但其核心问题基本一致。文章从人才培养模式核心的培养目标、培养过程、培养制度和培养评价四个方面，结合近十年的实践，论述了西藏信息技术多层次人才培养模式的探究与实践。

Abstract： With the development of information technology， the information technology personnel training needs more and more， involving more and more widely. It's not only related to the undergraduate and junior college， graduate students， but also related to in-service personnel， farmers and herdsmen. Combined with the regional characteristics， it is particularly important to build a multi-level information technology personnel training mode according to the needs of different personnel training information technology. Although there are many definitions of talent training mode， its core issues are basically the same. This paper with the practice of nearly ten years discusses the research and practice of the tibetan multi-level talent training mode of information technology from the four aspects of the training objectives， training process， training system and training evaluation of the "talent training mode".

人才培养模式是近年来教育实践领域频繁使用的词汇。很多学者研究指出了什么是人才培养模式。有人指出“所谓人才培养模式，是指培养主体为了实现特定的人才培养目标，在一定的教育理念指导和一定的培养制度保障下设计的，由若干要素构成的具有系统性、目的性、中介性、开发性、多样性与可仿效性等特征的有关人才培养过程的理论模型与操作样式”[1]。教育行政部门首次对人才培养模式的内涵做出直接表述是在1998年教育部下发的文件《关于深化教学改革，培养适应21世纪需要的高质量人才的意见》，其中指出“人才培养模式是学校为学生构建的知识、能力、素质结构，以及实现这种结构的方式，它从根本上规定了人才特征，并集中地体现了教育思想和教育观念”[2]。……
