摘  要：研究生的科研资源是指一切能培养以及提升研究生科研能力的各种物质条件与精神活动，具有内在价值和外在价值，内在价值包括目的价值和内容价值，外在价值包括过程价值和结果价值。基于此，实现研究生科研资源的价值需要在科研目的观的转化中理解价值、在科研资源的开发与整合中生成价值、在科研资源的良性循环中保障价值的完整性、在科研成果的持续推广中分享价值。

Abstract： The graduate student's scientific research resource， which refers to various material conditions and mental activity that can train and improve students' scientific research ability， has intrinsic value and extrinsic value. Its intrinsic value includes the purpose and content of value， value and extrinsic value includes process value based on this result. Based on this， realizing the value of graduate research resources requires understanding the value in the transformation of scientific research purpose view， generating value in the development and integration of scientific research resources， ensuring the integrity of value in the virtuous circle of scientific research resources， and sharing value in the continuous promotion of scientific research achievements.

研究生是我國持续开展科学研究的后备力量。在建设“双一流”高校的背景下，研究生教育是重要指标。而衡量研究生教育的重要标准在于研究生的科研能力。在研究生科研能力提升的过程中，科研资源是其基本因素和前提条件。对科研资源内涵及其价值的研究可以使研究生充分认识科研资源，分析利用现有科研资源中存在的问题，以便研究生可以合理利用现有的科研资源，达到提高自身科研能力的终极目的。

一、研究生科研资源的理论诠释

资源是人力、物力以及财力等各种物质要素的总称，科研资源是研究生开展科学研究的基本条件，是研究生开展科研所需的各种资源的总称。有论者认为科研资源主要包括人力资源、知识资源和组织资源，人力资源主要指研究活动的组织者和具体执行者;知识资源是通过知识的获取、集成和生产的过程，将隐性知识转变为显性知识，从而形成知识产权;组织资源是指挥、协调、控制各研究要素的管理能力[1]。……
