摘 要：本文基于技术创新视角，将技术路线图制定中的创新活动指标与专利分析方法中的指标进行提取，分析创新活动特征与专利特征之间的内在联系，剖析技术路线线图与专利分析方法的相互作用，并构建专利分析方法对技术路线图制定的支撑作用模式，以期对后续研究提供理论支撑。

Research on the Application of Patent Analysis in the Formulation of Technology Roadmap from the Perspective of Innovation

Abstract： Based on the perspective of technology innovation， this paper extracted the innovation activity indicators in the formulation of the technology roadmap and the indicators in the patent analysis method， analyzed the internal connection between the innovation activity characteristics and the patent characteristics， and analyzed the technology roadmap and patent analysis methods. The interaction between patent analysis methods and the establishment of a supporting role model for the formulation of technical roadmaps by patent analysis methods was expected to provide important theoretical support for subsequent research.

在技术飞速发展的今天，专利分析在科技界和产业界的重要性日益凸显，主要体现在规划技术发展方向、减少科研经费、开拓自主创新空间、突破技术障碍等方面，进而有效提升国际竞争力。国家、行业与企业在前景规划和技术预测中对技术路线图的应用日益增加。因此，找到技术路线图与专利分析工作的契合点，将两项工作有效融合，对推动技术创新、提升区域专利竞争力具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。

1 专利特征与创新活动特征的关联分析

1.1 技术路线图制定中的创新活动分解

技术路线图作为产业预测、技术发展规划的一种现代创新工具，经常被管理部门、创新主体应用于区域产业发展规划和技术发展预测中。技术路线图的应用能帮助相关部门、创新主体直观地了解相关技术的市场定位、产业发展现状，明晰产业的相关关键技术和未来技术发展趋势[1]。技术路线制定过程中创新活动分解如图1所示。
