摘 要：为方便车辆在紧急情况下通行，高速公路中央分隔带护栏至少2 km就应设置一个开口，开口位置设置中分带活动护栏。开口位置中分带护栏应具备防撞性能要求且具有较高的可移动性，方便开启与关闭。本文设计开发了一种SB级防撞能力的中央分隔带活动护栏。该护栏不仅移动灵活、开启方便，并且适合不同开口长度的中央分隔带开口护栏安装，可以循环利用。

Design and Development of a kind of Open Guardrail in Expressway

Abstract： In order to facilitate the passage of special vehicles in emergency， an opening should be set at least 2km away from the median guardrail of expressway， and a movable median guardrail should be set at the opening position. The median strip guardrail at the opening position shall have anti-collision performance requirements and high mobility， which is convenient for opening and closing. In this paper， a kind of movable guardrail with SB level anti-collision ability was designed and developed. The guardrail is not only flexible and easy to open， but also suitable for the installation of median opening guardrails with different opening lengths， which can be recycled.

高速公路中央分隔带开口护栏是设置在中央分隔带开口处，为方便车辆在紧急情况下通行和一侧公路施工封闭时临时开启放行的活动设施。根据《公路路线设计规范》（JTG D20—2017）规定，中央分隔带开口间距应视需要而定，最小间距应不小于2 km，中央分隔带开口长度不宜大于40 m[1]。截至2019年底，我国高速公路总里程达到14.96万km，按每2 km设置一处活动护栏计算，共有7.5万处，按每处40 m计算，共计3 000 km[2]。据不完全统计，高速公路交通事故中与中央分隔带有关的事故约占30%，且车辆穿越中央分隔带冲进对向车道往往造成重大二次事故[3-4]。为了满足紧急情况下快速开启的需要，开口处多采用活动护栏，因此，以往设计中大多重视护栏的活动性，而对防撞能力考虑较少，导致其防撞能力不足。为此，本文设计开发了一种新型中央分隔带活动护栏，该活动护栏防撞能力达到SB级。该护栏由标准的护栏节段组成，可自由组合，适合不同开口长度的中央分隔带开口护栏安装，并且可以循环利用，方便开启与关闭，具有较高的可移动性。……
