摘 要：本文介绍了利用企业办公局域网络和4G、5G移动互联网建立一套科学、精确、全面的火力发电厂发电副产品生产销售运输管理系统。該系统能够实现发电副产品车辆的缴费、入厂审核、排队、过磅、装灰、结算等业务流程，使火力发电厂发电副产品生产销售运输管理更加规范化、制度化、科学化，减少人为因素的干预，杜绝现场各种作弊情况的发生，提高公司经营效益。

Integrated Management and Control System for Transportation and Marketing of Power Generation By-products in Thermal Power Plant

Abstract： This paper introduced the establishment of a scientific， accurate and comprehensive management system for production， sales and transportation of power generation by-products in thermal power plants by using enterprise office LAN and 4G， 5G mobile Internet. The system can realize the business process of payment， factory audit， queuing， weighing， ash loading and settlement of power generation by-product vehicles， make the production， sales and transportation management of power generation by-product more standardized， institutionalized and scientific， reduce the intervention of human factors， put an end to all kinds of cheating on site， and improve the company's operating efficiency.

1 研究背景

火力发电副产品的生产、销售、运输是火力发电厂日常经营中的重要组成部分，但是发电副产品也具有数量大、环节多、环境污染大、难以管理等问题。若不能对火力发电副产品进行有效利用，将会造成严重的环境污染、耕地占用和资源浪费。

经过对同行业、网络多方面的调查了解可知，目前在国际上有Salesforce、SAP R/3 SD等类似的系统，但是这些系统价格昂贵，加上国内外火力发电厂管理和运营方面的巨大差异，即使引进也需要进行大范围的本地化升级，并且没有自主知识产权。国内火力发电企业的粉煤灰销售等系统主要侧重于销售数据的管理，而且只有个别火力发电厂使用这个系统。企业没有对发电副产品全流程进行管制，系统使用效果不理想。

基于此，本文开发了火力发电厂发电副产品运销一体化管控系统。系统的开发从火力发电厂发电副产品的生产、销售、运输全局进行考虑，其功能包括客户交费、订单下达、入厂审核、LED大屏排队、无人值守计量及结算、灰库放灰控制、手机APP等。……
