摘要：情境大数据为数字图书馆智慧化服务提供了新的思路。我国数字图书馆智慧化服务面临资源建设形式单一、理论研究不够成熟、网络信息安全不够重视等问题，将情境大数据应用于数字图书馆智慧化服务，可以加强信息化建设、加快智慧化服务平台建设、推动智慧化服务应用程序的开发与应用。从资源云存储模块、大数据处理模块到智慧服务模块建设，进一步完善数字图书馆智慧化服务功能。还应关注用户需求、及时更新服务，加强数据挖掘、完善资源建设，吸引专业人才、优化馆员团队，提高数字图书馆智慧化服务水平。

Discussion on Intelligent Service Mode of Digital Libraries Based on Contextual Big Data

Abstract： Contextual big data provides new ideas for intelligent service of digital libraries. The intelligent service of digital libraries in China is faced with problems such as single-form resource construction， insufficient theoretical research， and deficient attention to network information security. Applying contextual big data to the intelligent service of digital libraries can strengthen informatization construction， accelerate the construction of intelligent service platforms， and promote the development and application of intelligent service applications. This article further improved the intelligent service function of digital libraries from resource cloud storage module and big data processing module to construction of intelligent service module. It should also pay attention to user needs， update services in time， strengthen data mining， improve resource construction， attract professional talents， optimize the team of librarians， and improve the level of intelligent service of digital libraries.

近年来图书馆智慧化服务成为图书情报学界的研究热点，是依托于云计算、物联网等技术而实现的具有智能高效、便利互联特点的服务方式，旨在满足用户与日俱增的阅读需求。在大数据环境下，会用数据、用好数据成为图书馆构建智慧服务体系的关键。对数字图书馆而言，所谓的情境大数据即用户在交互过程中生成的大量反映用户偏好的个性化数据，图书馆将处理、分析后的数据引入个性化服务推荐过程，从而为每一位用户打造个性化产品，进而全面、及时、准确地评估用户需求，根据用户爱好，实时、主动地推荐服务[1]，提高图书馆信息服务的准确率。情境大数据与数字图书馆智慧化服务的融合，可以从客观数据的视角探究用户的阅读规律，从而推动数字图书馆智慧化服务的完善与升级，具有深远的意义。……
