摘 要：随着科学技术的不断发展进步，我国的建筑工程也得到了长足的发展，建筑工程中最重要的工程之一就是暖通工程，而在暖通工程的施工过程中，最重要的一项技术就是暖通管道的防腐保温技术，其对暖通系统流体输送和能量传递的效率都有重要影响作用，文章对暖通工程管道防腐技术进行了详细分析，介绍了其施工要点，以及对整个施工过程施工质量的把控，此外为了响应目前节能环保的施工理念，在选择施工材料的时候优先选择节能材料，以及利用更加节能环保的施工技术。

Abstract：With the continuous development and progress of science and technology， Chinas construction engineering has also made great progress. One of the most important projects in the construction engineering is the HVAC project. In the construction process of the HVAC project， the most important technology is the anti-corrosion and temperature protection technology of the HVAC pipeline， which has an important impact on the efficiency of the fluid transportation and energy transmission of the HVAC system， In this paper， the anticorrosion technology of HVAC engineering pipeline is analyzed in detail， and its construction key points are introduced， as well as the control of the construction quality in the whole construction process. In addition， in response to the current construction concept of energy conservation and environmental protection， when selecting construction materials， energy conservation materials are preferred， and more energy conservation and environmental protection construction technology is used.

近些年來，随着社会经济的迅速发展，人们的日常生活水平也有了很大幅度的提高，人们已经不仅仅追求物质生活的提高，更多的是追求一种高质量的精神生活，这一点从人们的住宅就可以得到充分体现，现代的住宅已经不仅限于“居住”，在满足基本的居住条件的前提下，人们追求更加舒适的生活环境，从整个住宅的外观到各种生活设施，都有更高的要求。建筑工程中最重要的工程之一就是暖通工程，高水平的暖通工程管道防腐保温技术能够使整个建筑的质量和安全都得到保障，同时也能使建筑自身的影响力大大提高，也充分满足了户主对暖通工程的显示需求。
