【摘 要】 克罗恩病在临床治疗上存在复发率高、药物毒副作用大等问题，中医治疗具有增强西医药物的治疗效果，减轻药物不良反应，并减少副作用发生的优势。文章总结了王小娟教授治疗克罗恩病的临证经验，王教授认为本病以本虚标实为主要病機，其中以脾虚湿盛及肝郁脾弱多见，在治疗上应重视补益脾胃，顾护正气，疏肝解郁，标本兼治，虚实兼顾。

Abstract：Crohn's disease has many problems in clinical treatment， such as high recurrence rate and high toxic and side effects of drugs.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has the advantages of enhancing the therapeutic effect of western medicine， reducing adverse drug reactions， and reducing side effects.This paper summarizes Professor Wang Xiaojuan's clinical experience in treating Crohn's disease，According to Professor Wang， the main pathogenesis of this disease is the deficiency of the underlying substance， among which the deficiency of the spleen and dampness and the weakness of the liver and spleen are more common.In terms of treatment， attention should be paid to nourishing the spleen and stomach， protecting the qi， soothing the liver and relieving depression， treating both symptoms and root causes， and giving consideration to both deficiency and excess.

克罗恩病（Crohn′s disease，CD）是一种病因尚未明确，以腹痛、腹泻、腹部包块等为临床表现的消化系统疾病，其西医治疗在临床上存在复发率高、药物毒副作用大等问题，中医治疗具有增强西医药物的治疗效果，减轻药物不良反应，并减少副作用发生的优势。王小娟教授系湖南省名中医，擅长内科疑难杂症的治疗，尤其在消化系统疾病的诊治方面经验丰富，造诣极高。笔者有幸师从王小娟教授，收益良多，现将其治疗克罗恩病的经验浅述如下。

1 中西医对克罗恩病的认识

克罗恩病是一种病因尚未十分清楚的消化道慢性非特异性炎症性疾病，临床表现主要为反复发作的腹痛（疼痛部位多位于右下腹及脐周）、腹部包块、腹泻、瘘管形成、肛门周围样变，可有粘液血便及里急后重。病变多累及回肠末端及邻近结肠，但从口腔至肛门各消化道均可累及。2016年欧洲克罗恩和结肠组织（ECCO）明确提出：“引起克罗恩病的特殊原因仍未明确，短期内揭示其确切发病机制的可能性较小，且目前尚无有效的对因治疗方案”[1]。……
