摘 要：充电桩是电动汽车等充电交通工具的重要配套设施，建设良好的充电桩设备，不仅是新能源汽车发展的前置条件，更是城市实现绿色发展的重要途径。本文分析了当前充电桩安装中存在的主要问题，对充电桩安装的总体流程进行了设计，具体阐述了安装前的准备、线管敷设、设备安装、电线电缆敷设、回路接通及测试、检验验收等充电桩安装的关键工艺。希望本文的研究可以为充电桩及相关设备的施工管理提供参考。

Design of Construction Process for on-site Installation of Charging Piles

Abstract：Charging piles are an important supporting facility for electric vehicles and other charging vehicles. The construction of good charging pile equipment is not only a prerequisite for the development of new energy vehicles， but also an important way for cities to achieve green development. This article analyzes the main problems existing in the current charging pile installation， designs the overall process of the charging pile installation， and specifically elaborates the preparation before installation， wiring and pipe laying， equipment installation， wire and cable laying， loop connection， testing， and inspection， which forms the key process of charging pile installation. It is hoped that the research in this article can provide a reference for the construction management of charging piles and related equipment.

随着我国经济的腾飞，传统的石油能源面临着不可持续发展的严重危机，国内电动汽车产业正是在这样的背景下逐步成长起来的，尽管当前电动汽车离全面普及仍有一些距离，但其发展趋势是显而易见的。电动汽车之所以无法普及，主要原因之一是当前国内配套的充电桩设施数量还不多，质量也不够高，这在很大程度上降低了电动汽车的续航能力[1]。因此，充电桩的大面积安装将是未来几年的一种不可避免的重要发展趋势。

1 充电桩安装常见问题分析

虽然近年充电桩设施数量逐步增加，一般加油站都会提供电动汽车充电设施，但是对于充电桩的问题仍然困扰着许多用户[2]。究其原因，其实相当一部分问题是在施工建设环节引入的，或者说是可以避免的。首先，在整个充电桩行业中，充电桩的建设还没有形成一个完全统一的技术标准，导致充电桩的充电效率不能得到保证，在技术上也还有很大的改进空间，当前还难以满足高效的充电需求[3]。……
