[摘要] 鉴于现阶段我国护理硕士专业学位临床实践培养尚处在初期，为加快适应临床护理行业发展需求，如何将护理硕士研究生培养成高层次、应用型、专科型高级实践护理人才仍是我们需继续探索的问题。本文将着重分析护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践专科嵌入式培养模式的必要性以及国内外护理硕士研究生培养与职业资格衔接的现状，通过借鉴护理硕士研究生与临床专科护士的培养经验，探索行业需求视角下护理硕士专业学位临床实践专科嵌入式模式，以期为高校与行业共同培养高级护理实践人才提供新思路。

[Abstract] Considering the fact that the clinical practice cultivation of nursing master′s degree in China is still in its early stage， in order to meet the development demand of clinical nursing industry， how to culture nursing master′s students into high-level， applied and specialized advanced practical nursing talents is still a problem that we need to continue to explore. Analyzing the necessity of embedded cultivation model of clinical practice specialty of nursing master′s degree students，as well as the current situation of connection between the nursing master′s degree cultivation with professional qualification at home and abroad were focused on this paper. By learning from the cultivation experience of nursing master′s degree students and clinical nurse′s specialty， the embedded cultivation model of clinical practice specialty of nursing master′s degree students from the perspective of industry demand was investigated in this paper， with a view to providing new ideas for universities and industries to jointly culture advanced nursing practice talents.

我國护理硕士专业学位（Master of nursing specialist，MNS）教育起步较晚，培养模式仍在探讨中，2010年国务院学位委员会在《护理硕士专业学位设置方案》中指出要积极推进MNS与专业护士类职业资格考试的有效衔接[1]。近年来，国内学者也建议将MNS与专科护士并轨培养，使培养出的MNS研究生兼具专科护士职业资格，是硕士水平的专科护士，MNS与专科护士职业资格相衔接培养，符合我国护理专业化、高层次的需求，是我国护理实践发展的必然趋势[2]，对构建符合我国国情具备硕士水平的专科护士培养有着重大的社会应用价值。而临床实践能力的培养是MNS教育的重要环节，是保障MNS培养的必要手段，其如何规范有效的培养也是目前亟待解决的重要方面。……
