摘 要：目前，中美竞争激烈，建筑行业作为支柱产业需要承担更重要的社会责任。中国老龄化问题日益严峻，建筑施工智能化是解决该问题的根本途径。本文总结了现阶段建筑施工智能化的应用情况，对建筑施工智能化可能引发的一些问题进行深入分析，并对建筑施工智能化引发的问题提出相关建议，展望了建筑施工智能化的发展方向。建筑施工智能化将引发巨大变革，也面临挑战。

Abstract：At present，the competition between China and the United States is fierce，therefore the construction industry，as a pillar industry，needs to undertake more important social responsibilities.The aging problem in China is becoming increasingly serious.Intelligent construction is the fundamental way to solve this problem.This paper summarizes the application of intelligent building construction at the present stage，analyzes some problems that may be caused in depth and puts forward relevant suggestions on the problems，lastly，prospects the development direction of intelligent building construction.Intelligent building construction will lead to great changes，but also face challenges.

國办发[2017]19号文中提出“建筑业是国民经济的支柱产业”。但与建筑业较为发达的国家相比，中国建筑业对国民经济的贡献水平较低，仍有提升的潜力和空间[1]。当今，世界各国竞争激烈，建筑企业需要承担更重要的社会责任。建筑行业属劳动密集型行业，施工人员复杂，比如：模板支设、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑等需要大量人员共同作业。由于施工场地空间有限，施工机械设备多，交叉作业，施工周期长，作业环境复杂多变，因此建筑施工过程事故多发，带来巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失[2]。建筑行业是国民经济发展的支撑行业，由于我国老龄化问题日益严峻，劳动力是保障建筑行业稳定发展的重要手段，人口老龄化造成劳动者的生产效率降低，安全隐患增加，施工周期延长、施工成本增加[3]，给国民经济产生的负面影响不言而喻。建筑施工企业必须直面人口老龄化的严峻考验，加速实现建筑施工整个过程的智能化。……
