摘 要：实验教学是培养学生实践操作能力、独立思考问题的能力以及对科学研究兴趣的关键手段。本文主要通过把预防兽医学主要课程实验整合后统筹设计，以期达到学科交叉融合，避免交叉重复，同时引入微课的教学模式。结果表明在实验操作和理论考察方面都显著优于传统实验教学模式，而且应用这种模式后的问卷调查结果100%满意。上述实验教学模式增强了学生学习的自由度和兴趣爱好，将教学资源放大化，有效提高了学生的学习效果，为实现应用型本科高校培养应用型人才的教学改革提供新思路。

Abstract：Experimental teaching is a key means to cultivate students′ practical operation ability，independent thinking ability and interest in scientific research.This article mainly introduces the overall design after integrating the main course experiments of preventive veterinary medicine，in order to achieve crossdiscipline integration，avoid duplication，and introduce the teaching mode of microlecture.The results are significantly better than the traditional experimental teaching mode in terms of experimental operation and theoretical investigation.And the results of the questionnaire survey after applying this model are 100%satisfied.The abovementioned experimental teaching mode enhances students′ learning freedom and hobbies，enlarges teaching resources，effectively improves students′ learning effects，and provides new ideas for the realization of the teaching reform of applied undergraduate colleges and universities to cultivate applied talents.

實验教学不同于理论教学，是培养学生动手能力、科研创新能力和解决实际问题能力等综合素质的关键环节[1]。特别是应用型本科院校和专业，培养学生的实践能力是教学体系建设的核心环节。微课程建设是目前实现深化教学改革的一个重点[2]。微课是教师把课程出现的重点和难点变成若干个“片段化”视频，并且标明知识点内容，作为辅助性教学资源，便于学生能选择性地个性化学习的新型教学方式[3]。因具有主题突出、短小精悍、交互性好、应用面广的特点而在教育领域迅速传播[46]。当前，教育资源与共享方式越来越丰富，微课在信息化时代迅速成长，在继承传统教学模式优势的同时，将微课引入到实验教学中的应用也日益增加，像在生物化学、细胞生物学实验、医学微生物学等课程的实验教学中也得到推广和应用，但是应用上尚不成熟[710]。……
