摘 要：随着社会人口老龄化日渐加剧以及医护人员供应不足，社会对多功能护理床的需求逐渐增多，特别是对性能好、功能多的护理床需求尤为严重。而伴随着年龄的增加，老年人的四肢灵活性不断下降，个人自理能力越来越差，提高老年人的日常生活自理能力成为了家庭及老人的迫切渴望。在现有多功能护理床能够实现翻转身体、起身坐立、弯曲膝盖等主要功能和轮椅基本的移动功能前提下，本文围绕多功能护理床的机械结构，以及与轮椅的对接进行一系列的研究开发及改进，希望有助于减缓人口老龄化给社会带来的问题。

Abstract：With the increasing aging of the social population and the shortage of medical staff，the demand for multifunctional nursing beds is increasing，especially for those with good performance and multifunction.With the increase of age，the elderly′s limb flexibility is declining，and their selfcare ability is getting worse and worse.Improving the elderly′s selfcare ability in daily life has become an urgent desire of the family and the elderly.Under the premise that the existing multifunctional nursing bed can realize the main functions such as turning body，standing up，bending knee and the basic mobile function of wheelchair，this paper focuses on the mechanical structure of multifunctional nursing bed and the docking with wheelchair to carry out a series of research and development and improvement，hoping to help slow down the problems brought by the aging population to the society.

1 研制背景及意义

近年来，随着人口的快速增长，严峻的人口老龄化形势给我国的社会带来了巨大的挑战。21世纪初，我国进入了老龄化社会，成为了世界上老年人口最多、增长速度最快的国家之一。再加上现在的年轻人从事压力比较大的工作，生活节奏比较快，老人常处于被“忽略”的状态。而随着年龄的增长，老年人的个人自理能力越来越差，需要他人帮助的依赖性越来越高，但由于子女经常不在身边，老人一旦生病了就会有诸多不便。用什么样的社会方式来解决因为身体虚弱而卧床不起或者因疾病导致生活不能自理的老年人的家庭照料与看护问题是目前人口老龄化国家所共同面临的问题。越来越受社会各界广泛的关注，随之而来的是这些老年人及功能障碍群体对多功能、多样化、实用价值高的护理床和高品质的服务。……
