摘要：本文是作者对自身建立软包装行业的成本分析模型，并据此设计产品的成本核算模型的实线进行总结。结合软包装行业的行业特性、营运管理特点和市场行情，建立以边际贡献（CB1）为主要调节机制的利润调节模型，并在此基礎上设计了具有普遍推广意义的软包装成本核算和定价模型。

Practice and Thinking of Cost /CB1/ Price Accounting Model in Flexible Packaging Industry

Abstract： This paper is the author of their own establishment of flexible packaging industry cost analysis model， and based on the design of product cost accounting model of the solid line is summarized. Combined with the characteristics of flexible packaging industry， operation management characteristics and market conditions， a profit adjustment model with contribution margin （CB1） as the main adjustment mechanism was established， and on this basis， a cost accounting and pricing model of flexible packaging with universal promotion significance was designed.

1 软包装行业简介

软包装是指容器形状可发生变化的包装。复合软包装是用两种以上不同的材料复合的柔性包材、组成发挥各材料优点的新型高性能包装。它集合各层薄膜的优点，克服各层缺点，获得更理想的包装，满足不同的要求。

经过30多年的发展，我国软包装初步形成种类齐全、有相当技术规模和水平的行业，主要应用于食品、医药、日化等国民生活的各个领域，有及其重要的包装地位，是中国塑料工业和包装工业中规模最大的领域之一。目前，我国的软包装企业超过5000家，据统计，2019年产值达到1000亿元，随着经济发展，软包装的需求和档次逐年上升。图1是对2018-2023年期间我国软包装产量的预测。

软包装大行业地域分布广、技术密集、特色鲜明，并充分竞争，2010年后整个行业的利润水平下降，且受到上游原材料和下游用户双重挤压，进入微利时代，因此对管理要求高，需要注重细节管理。软包装的企业经营管理，提升企业的盈利能力是关键。软包装行业具有以下一些特点：
